In a quiet area away from the street, our Design villa will seduce with its brightness, its sun exposition and view of sea. In a green setting you will be seduced by the lovely and fully fenced garden and the wood with cedar, pines and oak trees. The large sunny20terraces bordering the house and the beautiful heated pool, secured by an electric shutter. It will make the happiness of the children and of your meals outside with view of the sea. At night, the garden and the pool are on. There are many equipments, modern such as the one of a master residence. Quality services including 3 hours cleaning in the week and at the end of the stay, the decoration is meticulous. The family town of Préfailles is authentic, in a natural and preserved site that you will discover walking in the path along the ocean or cycling on the many cycling paths. The sea and the beach, monitored in summer are 2 min away by foot with a nice restaurant opposite the ocean and Noirmoutier.

On the Jade coast, close to the typical harbour of Pornic, the natural site of Saint-Gildas and La Baule resort. Many other coves, small or large beaches are to be discovered closely to relax, foot fishing, wind surfing, kite surfing. The region is also rich in natural (La Brière park, Muscadet vineyard, ile de Noirmoutier, salt marshes...) cultural (Chateau of the Ducs of Brittany, Pornic, boatyards, St Nazaire harbour, Le Croisic ocearium (sub marine base) and gastronomic interests (sea food...).

  • The 2 bedrooms on ground floor are neighbour and have 2x3 sleeping with large wardrobes:. 1st one : 1 double bed, a fixed cot and small mezzanine wit 1 single bed with desk and TV, French doors onto the garden, . 2nd one : 2 single beds and a small mezzanine with 1 simple bed, French doors onto the garden - The 2 bedrooms upstairs and the panoramic footbridge overlooking the living room and the garden with a beautiful view of ile de Noirmoutier. The 1st : 1 double bed (view of sea from the end of your bed) with a large wardrobe. The 2nd one : 1 double bed with a wardrobe, a 2nd travel cot can be added to either of the bedrooms. - Bed linen is provided : bedsheets, duvet, duvet covers, blankets... Their 2 WC and 2 wet rooms are separated : ideal organization for 2 or 3 families or friends couples.
