Photos and Description of the Marrakech vacation house rental

This charming riad, refurbished in 2008, is located in the heart of the medina and has 5 bedrooms, all of them with bathrooms and air-conditioning. It has an equipped terrace (deckchairs, garden furniture, umbrellas) and a solarium from which you can admire the Atlas Mont (panorama of 360°). Interior swimming pool, traditional Hammam, nice Moroccan living room and big equipped kitchen. The caretaker will be happy to welcome you and advise you about your stay (going out, meals, different services). Sâadia, extremely good cooker, could prepare delicious meals for you upon request. The everyday-cleaning is included in the price. The riad is accessible by road and it offers you an airport transfer service. Very quiet and very nice holiday house, even in summer, (ground floor is temperate) ideal for a stay with family or friends. We will be glad to welcome you in this place where we care about preserving the Moroccan way of life. Possibility to rent one room during some periods.

In the heart of the medina, 30 m away from the Chrob or Chouf fountain and 150 m away from the souks entrance. 300 m away from the Marrakech museum and the Merdersa Ben Youssef (Not to be missed !). The riad is located in one of the most ancient areas of the medina which has kept its authenticity and charm. 8 minutes walk from the famous djemaa el Fna square. The access to this famous square of Marrakech is easy, you will only need to cross one of the main streets of the souks (located 150 m away) and there you are, in the heart of the town. You can easily go there by taxi if walking is not what you like you! (Car access in front of the house) Taxi station 100m away. All shops nearby (pharmacy 30 m away, bakery 40 m away, grocery trade 30m away). Very quiet.

Exclusive entire rental for 1200 Euros per week, all year round apart from school holidays in April and Christmas break, 1500 Euros per week for maximum 12 people. Utilities are included (water, electricity, caretaker, housekeeping). Sheets and towels are provided. Security deposit of 700 Euros (to be paid the arrival day and refundable on the departure day). 30 percent down payment upon reservation. Balance to be paid 1 month before the beginning of your stay. During some periods you can rent only one bedroom of the riad. Actually, May June and September. Rate : 65-85 Euros per bedroom, breakfast included. You can use all of the facilities (swimming pool, hammam...). Week-end rental possible (3 overnight stays) Starting from 600 Euros (riad exclusively).
