This is a really beautiful apartment in the exclusive Parioli area of Rome. It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac off the well-known Viale Parioli, so as well as having a vast selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a open market and public transport no more than 100 metres away, the apartment is still very quite and restful. The apartment is on two floors, the ground and first floor in an exclusive condominium which has a concierge and garage with space for two cars. The real attraction of this property is its lovely garden, over 200sq m - a rarity in central Rome - with an illuminated dining area under a large umbrella, and a relaxation zone with deckchairs and a swing.

This flat is situated in the exclusive Parioli area of Rome. It is a mere 10 minutes walk to the Borghese Gardens, with its famous Gallery, and 20 minutes walk to the top end of Via Veneto and Piazza del Popolo. At the end of this little cul-de-sac is Viale Parioli which has a vast selection of restaurants, from family - type pizzerias (La Scala, Maremma and Trattoria Rossini), to some of the most exclusive restaurants in Rome (Il Caminetto, Celestina and Al Ceppo). There are three excellent supermarkets within 50 metres from house, a nearby open market, a really good wine store, a mozzarella bar and 4 coffee shops.

The Galleria Borghese is just a short walk from the apartment as is the GNAM, the National Modern Art Gallery.

There is excellent public transport to the centre of Rome, both buses and a nearby taxi rank.

Notes: The apartment is situated on two floors with an elegant staircase leading up to the 1st floor off the sitting room. On the ground floor there are two large very elegantly furnished reception rooms with a sitting room area and a dining area, wall-to-wall carpeting, antique furniture, a grand piano, and french windows leading onto the patio. There is also a large kitchen, fully equipped and with a breakfast table with seating for 6 and a french window leading onto the service area part of the patio and a small cloeakroom with a toilet and a wash basin. The first floor accommodates four bedrooms, three bathrooms (two with a bath and one with a shower) and a laundry area. There is wall-to-wall carpeting and all bedrooms have a TV. Two of the bedrooms have a small terrace.
