Perfect for boat lovers; possibility of mooring.

The house is not suitable for toddlers (stairs and terraces).

Very nice coves with crystal clear water to discover by foot or by boat and family beaches accessible within minutes by car.

Port life with its mooring yachts just down the house, its boats, its restaurants and its cafés.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Charges included
  • 30% down payment upon booking with the contract signed.
    The balance has to be paid one month prior to arrival as well as a 2000€ security deposit.

    Inventory and statement of state of repair upon arrival. An agency on site will manage the arrival details, linen rental and key hand over. Possibility to have a maid for the cleaning and airport transfers.


    Monthly rentals in low season. Charges (electricity) are extra.
  • A 2000 Euros security deposit is to be paid. A 30 percent deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is payable prior to arrival.
  • An agency on site ensures a welcoming.
    7 days minimum rental from Friday after 4:00 pm until Friday 10:00 am.
    Linen rental possible via the agency (17€ per person + VAT for sheets and towels).
    The final cleaning is 45€ + VAT organised by the agency.
    If needed, the cleaning hour fee is 14.10€ + VAT.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR2,000.00
