The accommodation comprises of an entrance vestibule leading to the bay fronted studio room furnished with a comfortable double bed, and sofa, television and period features. A hall with storage and hanging space leads through to a bright and airy eat-in kitchen fitted with cooker, hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A modern shower room and further store with washing machine.

Decorated in neutral colours with a mixture of antique and modern furniture.

A perfect base for either a business or pleasure trip.

A Wonderful Stay in Kennington

We stayed in this lovely little flat for 5 nights in September, 2007, and had an excellent time. Simon, the owner of the flat, was very friendly and helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. The studio itself is delightfully decorated and cozy, with a comfy queen sized bed and couch for lounging. The kitchen is bright and cheerful, and is very well stocked with utensils to make cooking meals very easy. The bathroom is a little smaller than expected, but it was all we really needed for our stay.
The walk to the Kennington Tube Station is a breeze, and takes less than 2 minutes to get there. We were in Central London for sightseeing in less than 15 minutes altogether, so the location of Kennington is fantastic!
We walked with ease to the Tesco nearby for groceries, as it was not even a 10 minute walk, and there are numerous restaurants and pubs in the area, many of which Simon was able to recommend to us.
All in All, we had a wonderful stay, and we will definately return for another stay sometime soon!

Perfect for a holiday in London!

My husband and I spent 6 days here, and we could not have been any happier. The flat is clean and quiet, Simon provided everything we could have needed for cooking and finding our way around. The location is amazing, less than 5 mins to the tube, and then less than 10mins to central London. Simon lives right upstairs, so he was always available if anything were to come up. I cannot recommend this rental enough. A fantastic stay!

Absolutely amazing- Perfect honeymoon getaway!!

Simon was the perfect host during our two week stay here! The apartment is just a two minute walk from the tube station which is so convenient, as the tube takes you right to all of the central London attractions. There are two small grocery stores right next to the tube, and one larger one about a five minute walk away which was also incredibly convenient, and there is a wonderful park at the end of the road should you want to have a picnic! All information for the area that you could need is included in a binder inside the flat - very helpful. The flat was a perfect size for the two of us, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Simon even welcomed us with a bottle of wine! The flat was immaculate when we arrived as well, and the cleaning woman who came during our stay to tidy up and change the bedding etc did a fantastic job. Overall Five Stars - would definitely stay again should we return to London, and highly recommend it!

Better flat for holidays

The Simon's flat is better choice for first visit to London. I was there are with my daughter. Way from airport to flat very simple only with 1 change in underground. The district is quiet, and you can relax without problem. Near placed supermarket and some good pub. Way to London eye - only one station by tube. Simon very friendly and responsive. He takes care of him guests. Simon thanks a lot from me and my family.
For my future jorney I'll choose this flat.

Perfect Place, Perfect Host

This lovely apartment was just as represented. Actually quite spacious for a "studio". If need be, I could live there permanently. It was warm and cozy with every amenity needed. There is a security light that goes off and on automatically as you come and go from the apartment and the apartment has its own security system. It's true the bathroom is small but not uncomfortably so and there is even a warming towel bar. The kitchen is cheery and totally separate from the living/sleeping area. Its window looks out on a lovely garden area. The apartment is immaculately clean. Simon Keep, our host, was waiting for us when we arrived with lots of information about the area much of which was also in a booklet in the apartment as well as travel books and brochures. The location is within a five minutes' walk to the Tube station. There are also a number of restaurants and pubs and grocery stores in the area. Although we are now back in sunny South Florida, we'll always remember that Simon's warm hospitality and lovely apartment made the London cold go away!

Kennington lies just south of the Thames and only one and a half miles from the geographical centre of London.

Close to the tourist spots of the South Bank, Borough Market , City and West End. Great transport links with Tube, Bus and Rail. Minutes away is the delightful Clever Square with its traditional English pub which provides an excellent spot to sit on a summers evening and relax. Good local restaurants....as well as the swanky central ones.
