Charming and welcoming restored barn (70 m2) set in the hills 6 km. from downtown Florence. Breathtaking terraced paths for countryside walks. Partly outdoor area( 50 m2 ) and partly natural lawn with olive trees. Covered gazebo for outdoor meals. 1,4 km from food shops and bus stop. Approx. 2 km from tennis courts and 6 km from golf course. Independent, but next to the owner's house. Magnificent view of the countryside. Peaceful position. Covered parking behind the house. Ground floor: living/dining-room (satellite dish TV ) with kitchen corner (washing-machine and dishwasher) veranda-dining room with two single beds, shower. First floor: 1 double bedroom, shower. Comfortable furniture - Central heating - Crib/Cot available. Possibility of car service from and to airport or train station, from and to city centre to be requested at the time of booking.

We highly recommend this family-friendly property for a holiday in Tuscany. This charming restored barn has everything one could possibly need to enjoy one's stay and even more. It is beautifully decorated and supplied with all necessary appliances, as well as bits and pieces that make one's stay even more pleasant. The property is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area, surrounded by an olive grove, with stunning views. Only 10-15 minutes drive by car to Florence, allows one to explore one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is also easy to access other places worth seeing, such as Sienna, Pisa, San Gimignano, Urbino, and many more!

Martha and Paolo, the owners of the property are charming, warm and welcoming people, who are happy to help their guests and give useful advice on where to eat, what to see etc., all the practical things one needs to know.

We will definitely come back to Bagno a Ripoli one day and choose this property for our stay!

fantastic central tuscan location, easy access to main roads to the rest of Tuscany and about 20 minutes from Piazza Michelangelo views over Florence, yet peaceful and quiet rural iddyl outside quiet friendly Tuscan village. Barn is set in beautiful Olive grove with very helpful and friendly owners - thoroughly recommended

Marta et Paolo sont vraiment des personnes très agréables. Leur logement est au calme absolu à moins de 20 minutes de Florence. La description du logement est conforme à la réalité avec un cachet propre aux maisons restaurées.
Nous étions en famille avec 2 adolescents de 13 et 15 ans qui sont eux aussi tombés sous le charme de cette location saisonnière.
Je recommande ce logement.
