No public access to this street so beach (only 275 yards away!) is very private (used by houses on this street only). Enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean from the roof top deck. There are eight excellent golf courses within a 20 minute drive.

L1: 3 BR (MBR w/Q, CATV/VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, bath w/shower; 1 w/pyramid bunk & bunk, video games, 1 w/Q, CATV/VCR/DVD, & ceiling fan share full bath w/tub & shower), laundry room.

L2: MBR (w/K, CATV/VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, bath w/jacuzzi tub & shower), shared powder room. Living/dining/kitchen w/vaulted juniper ceiling, ceiling fan, CATV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD.
