Antibes Vacation Rental villa: Biot

We rented his house for 3 weeks in July 2009. Both the house and the surroundings were perfect for our holliday. We were 7 persons + a baby occupying the house for three full weeks, and still the house felt spacious and fullfilled all our demands. Well cleaned upon arrival and fully equipped. The house has a brilliant view over the Antibes bay, and enjoyes sunshine from early morning to sunset. Though the A8 freeway is close by, the house is not bothered by any noise as it is elevated on a hill. Every bedroom is individually air-conditioned. The owner has made a detailed user guide that will answer all your questions. On our request, the owner supplied the hous with both baby/childrens chair and bed - perfect service. With regards to location and travel, we used the train a lot to get both to the east and to the west (Antibes 5-6 min, Cannes 20 min, Nice 15 min, Monaco 40 min). Still it was usefull to have a rental car, as the train station is situated aproximately 2 km away, as well are the nearest grocery stores. We reccomend the Carrefour by the Antibes-exit on A8. For walks and training, the nearby Vaugrenier forest/park is perfect. We can give our senciere reccomendations for this house, and to the owner.
