There are DVD’s, Music CD’s talking books, board games and novels on the premises. The private swimming pool Is enclosed by a small fence for the safety of small children.It is larger than average ,10 meters by 4 meters with a large sunbathing area and bamboo gazebo. There is also a separate children's paddling pool with fountain. The trampoline has a safety net. We also have table football. A small pool table. Darts and many trike's, toy prams and sit and ride toys for the children. .
The Garden:
Although large the garden is completely enclosed with high walls and fences, making it very private and safe for children. The gardens are planted with tropical plants, colourful flowers and a variety of fruit trees. Shaded sitting areas and hammocks are dotted about. At night, garden and pool lights add to that relaxing feel. Garden games include, giant snakes and ladders and giant twister.
Deposit:
A welcome pack will by provided for your arrival. Arrival after 3pm. Departure no later than 10am please, to allow property to be prepared for new arrivals.
Deposit to secure booking – 20% (non refundable) Any booking made within eight weeks of the start date then payment in full is required at the time of booking. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday .Refundable damage deposit of £100 to be paid upon arrival. Cleaning after departure is included in the price listed.
There will be someone on hand at all times if you have any problems.
Golf:
There are over ten golf courses in the Alicante province including Alicanate Golf, designed by Seve Ballesteros. Villamartin Golf, which hosted the Spanish Open. Just down the road the Bonalba golf course is located in the Bonalba Mountains overlooking the Mediterranean. The Golf Club House has an excellent bar and restaurant open to non-members. There are a further three bars/restaurants. Golf equipment can be hired or purchased from the golf shop, which also hires buggies and trolleys.
