Turtle Bay village is able to give one a feeling of having lots of space as the apartments are limited to one story. The vegatation and well designed use of space have accomplished the feeling of living inside a playground , it is a rare treat to find such considerations in today's projects

The new golf course is a five minute drive welcomes visitors. Turtle Bay Village has 7 swimming pools two tennis courts and an indoor and outdoor fitness center, mini market. Kyrenia an old harbour town is a 30 minute drive and offers much in the way of shopping and sightseeing. Northern Cyprus is Teeming In History and culture. Eating out or being invited to peoples homes for meals is a great occasion for getting to know the natural warm hearted kindness of one's host. A meal in a Northern Cyprus Home with all its different dishes and colors is a Leisurely celebration of life.

Please take the time to drive around Northern Cyprus and see the wonderful country side and clean blue sea water. Once you have done so you will keep coming back to a country where the people take pride in their hospitality and their most hospitable surroundings.

About The Owner

I am originally from the States and have been in Switzerland for over 40 years , My wife is Swiss and teaches school and both of us are passionate travelers which is how we discovered Northern Cyprus. I

have taught and played tennis tournament for many years and still do play and train every day and so Cyprus is the ideal climate for this sport.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2008
Why The Owner chose Esentepe

We bought several properties in Turtle Bay because of the sea view and beach access on one side and on the other side the mountain views. Sport facilities on the site two tennis courts swimming and fitness make it an ideal location. The apartments and houses are generously built and the site is generously spaced to give the feeling of lots of room and the gardens and planting really add to the attractivity of whole site

Esentepe is a 10 minute ride from turte bay ,it has an attractive restaurants town square and the most genial and hospitable gas station owners that I have ever met . They know all there is to know about their town and their country and its origins . They have such a gracious sense of hospitality that I am always touched and glad to see them again. Kyrenia is a twenty five minute ride from Turtle Bay and St Hillarion about the same distance . Turtle bay has it's private beach and otherwise alagardi beach famous for its turtles is a five minute car ride from Turtle Bay. Turtle bay village has its own beach and there other beaches a short drive away. The golf club is five minutes away by car . The karpaz beaches are about a 90 minute drive . Nicosia is a 45 minuted drive and well worth the while to visit. Northern Cyprus is teeming with culture and history. St Hilarion Castle,the Abbey at Bellapais The beaches in Karpaz are all well in reach from Turtle Bay.
