This is a stunning apartment in a small new development overlooking the marina in Kinsale, sleeping 5 persons in comfort with a queen-sized bed in the Master bedroom, double in the 2nd bedroom and a large single 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms are carpeted and fitted with wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There are 2 Bathrooms, one with bath/shower; the 2nd with walk-in shower, The development is fully secured with electronic pass-key and keypad entry with secure parking & Lift access, making this apartment suitable for wheelchair access. The huge open-plan wooden-floored living-room has a floor-to-ceiling height window with views over the harbour. It has been fitted out with every comfort with a large plasma-screen TV with DVD and Video recorder, complete with a selection of films to help you relax at the end of the day. Best Possible Location in Kinsale

Our family of five just returned from a stay in this apartment and were very happy with both the lodging and the location. The apartment is right across from the marina and just a 2-minute walk on a sidewalk from the center of town and all its restaurants and pubs. Everything was very clean and neat inside, with furnishings and linens of good quality. The owners provide a wealth of helpful information in their in-house book, and are also kind enough to stock a few grocery staples (spices, tea, jam and such) which was very convenient. We'd rent this one again in a heartbeat!

A must stay in Kinsale

This Shearwater apartment was the perfect spot for a stay in KInsale. The location is excellent... on the water across from the marina ... and an easy stroll to dining or shopping. The secure parking spot was a real blessing. The apartment itself has a relaxed contemporary decor( newer furnishings) and is well outfitted for relaxing, dining and cooking... if you choose to do so. We preferred dining out and particularly loved Toddie's at the Bullman in SummerCove for dinner and Cucina in town for lunch.
The owner was most accomodating in booking the apartment and in follow up after the visit. A real must stay in Kinsale!

The Perfect Spot!

We have visited Kinsale many times but this was our first self-catering experience. Everything was just as we had hoped. The property is clean and wonderfully maintained. Location is ideal--just on the edge of busy "downtown"--a short walk, but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Shirley gave us all the information we needed and was a pleasure to deal with.

Our only complaint was that we needed another kitchen towel or two. It's such a beautiful spot that we ate in more than we expected so we had a few more dishes to clean!

We're already planning our next visit.

Wonderful Holiday

My husband and I stayed in this great apartment for our last holiday before our little one is born. Kinsale is lovely with great places to eat, drink and some lovely shops. Kinsale would suit pretty much everyone from families, couples and groups of friends.

The apartment was even better than the photos, it is in a lovely quiet area of Kinsale. It is very spacious, clean and wonderfully kitted out with everything you would need for a comfortable & relaxing stay.

We would recommend for anyone to go and stay here and we would definitely stay here again.
