The spacious and comfortable apartment Baixa II is located at Lisbon's favourite shopping avenue Rua Augusta in the heart of the Baixa quarter. This is the very downtown centre of Lisbon.

From a 2nd floor you just have a beautiful view on the Rua Augusta. You just can enjoy on foot the Elevador de Santa Justa, Convento do Carmo and the famous square Praça do Comércio.

Most of the sights are within walking distance, the cosy Bairro Alto quarter with the beautiful Fado houses and nightlife, the Chiado square and the Rossio square. This privileged quarter offers you a very interesting mixture between tradition and modern. In the neighbourhood you have old portuguese jeweller's and international designer shops.

The completely renovated residence is situated on a 2nd floor in an 18th century old town house.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom and an open sleeping space, a cosy living room, one bathroom and a totally equipped spacious kitchen.

The apartment has fine wooden floors.

You also have the original 18th century stucco ceilings.

The apartment is very carefully and costly restored and furnished.
