An outdoor and culinary paradise on a breathtaking coast with hotspots as arty Deià and fancy Fornalutx nearby, surrounded by mountains in a green valley of citrus- and olive trees and situated uphill only 10 min by foot from the cute central square of Sóller, this rural finca is an ideal spot to escape it all and enjoy beauty without disconnecting completely from closest attractions.

No where else in Spain you will find such a mix of possibilities as in the Sierra Tramuntana. This stunning, surprising mountaineous Mallorcan Northwest coast with picturesque, even some price winning island villages and spectacular nature make this region a true outdoor paradise, specifically in spring and autumn. Imagen the sea of blossom early February! As most central base Sóller makes it ideal for hiking, (mountain)-biking or just scenic cruising. For that reason car rental is recommended but for those who do not want to drive, Sóller is easily accessible by public transport (bus 25min or an amazing 45min train ride from Palma) and a historical tram takes you to the beach and lovely bay of Port de Sóller within a quarter of an hour. Think of all nautical opportunities and not to mention the many beautiful golfcourses! The places to wine & dine are almost unlimited in this area, from tapas to top-end! Historical as well as trendy capital Palma satisfies culture and shop addicts

    Price includes F&B starters package, bed & bath linen ánd endcleaning (no hidden surcharges nor security deposit!). Preferred changeover Sunday allthough there is some flexibility around the weekend. Stays less than a week (min. 5 nights) planning permitted. Second week 10% off. Extension loft XL (min. 3 nights) with second bedroom to loft XXL (for max. 2 more persons) for only € 60 per night. Property available all year round. Long stays in winter on request.

    Reservations more than half a year ahead will at first be regarded as a costless and informal option. These pre-bookings will be reconfirmed 6 months prior arrival date.
