If the units are rented separately, the use of the pool is shared, but there are independent outside terraces and outside dining areas. Large self contained Bachelor Flat: Kitchen fitted with microwave, kettle, bar fridge, hob . Island counter top with stools begins the living area and bedroom with extra long queen size bed. There is an en-suite shower room and sauna.   • Cancellation policy. Deposit: 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking of Villa 54’s Camps Bay holiday rentals. Balance: payable 30 days before arrival. Cancellation: More than 30 days from arrival there is no cancellation fee if Villa 54 can be re-booked, otherwise 50%. Less than 30 days from arrival 100% cancellation fee. Smoking: we are a non-smoking holiday rental establishment. We request our guests to smoke outside on the fabulous terrace with amazing sea views of Camps Bay. All rates are VAT inclusive
  • Note that we only let the Villa as a whole property for 2 weeks in Peak season. We may offer High season rates if the Villa has been booked within the Peak period.
