About Greg Gadd
I grew up in Connecticut, and moved to the Big Island of Hawaii over 35 years ago. I custom designed and built this home for myself in 2005. In the recent years I have been doing some globe-trotting and have been renting out my home to vacationers and adventure seekers from all over the world.
Why Greg Gadd chose Laupahoehoe
I have called this area home for the past 15 years. It is tranquil, secluded, full of things to do, and generally has the best weather on the island.
What makes this estate unique
The Kilau river runs right through the property with a large swimming hole. Hike up the river for less than a quarter of a mile and find a seasonal 25 foot waterfall. Walk around the property to see horses, and pick avacados and bananas from the properties trees. There is also a garden!
