The villa is on the North Finger of Jolly Harbour Marina, 20 minutes from the capital St John's and airport. The villa comes with FREE broadband internet access, and 2 cleaning visits per week included in the price. Jolly Harbour has a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shops, a bank, casino, 18 hole golf course, fitness centre and swimming pool (free), squash and tennis courts to rent. Cars are available for hire on site. The villa is located near the golf course and has use of one of 2 beaches. the quiet, secluded North finger or the buzzy south finger. The Villa is Fully air-conditioned with open plan Lounge/Dining Room, Wifi and ethernet internet access, cable TV, DVD/CD player - fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer - one double and one twin bedroom both en-suite, balcony to double bedroom overlooking the water. Downstairs patio with direct access to private mooring pier and parking. Perfect for families, golf and sailing enthusiasts.

Jolly Harbour Marina is the largest marina complex in the Caribbean and includes a full service marina, boat yard, fuel dock and super-yacht terminal. It also patrolled 24 hours a day by security personnel for added safety.

  • 10% discount for booking of 3 weeks or more. Payments accepted in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Sterling cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account - Euros and US Dollar payments must be by electronic transfer (No Cheques). 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 8 weeks before arrival which is also non refundable. Rental rates include all persons up to 4 and all utilities including air conditioning. A refundable security deposit will be required for insurance against damaged or missing items.

The accommodation was clean, light, air conditioned and well furnished, all of which is entirely essential for a happy and enjoyable holiday. The internet broadband access was an added bonus. We had a great time and would recommend to friends and family.

Description of property was accurate, property was clean and was cleaned 3 times while we were there for no charge, good customer service, would recommend to a friend. The property was great and had great views over the harbour. Quiet location which is what we wanted. Not as much night life in Jolly Harbour as we expected but this was not a problem. Good base from which to explore this beautiful island.
