Peace and quiet, wonderful mountain walks, large swimming pool and a garden/terrace with barbeque and covered dining area, all within easy reach of Nafplion (a beautiful old Venetian town and harbour) and Tolo (a popular seaside resort). Both apartments are air conditioned, comfortable and well furnished with large living areas and modern facilities. A fifteen minute walk takes you to the local village with a choice of tavernas, a supermarket, a pharmacy and other shops. A choice of beaches, from quiet to popular and from sand to pebble, is available within a short car journey

The apartments are about 2 Km from Agios Andrianos, a quiet village with several good tavernas, a supermarket, a pharmacy and other shops. The surrounding area has many villages and towns with tavernas and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a wide variety of beaches within easy reach by car. For those with an interest in history and archaeology the whole area is dotted with numerous ancient castles, churches and places of interest. The apartments are close to Nafplion, which was the first Greek Capital. Nafplion is a delightful harbour town with many beautiful buildings and places of interest, Argos, the oldest continuously inhabited town in Europe is also quite close. The magnificent theatre at Epidavros is nearby as well as Mycenae and other ancient buildings and monuments from the Roman, Byzantine, Venetian and Turkish occupations of the area. Argos and Nafplion also provide a wonderful shopping experience and Athens is close enough for a day trip.

The owners of the villa are living on the second floor. The first floor of the villa formerly was the appartment of their daughter who moved out.
Very nice people which was an extra positive experience. They even invited us to their birthday party with life greek music.
The villa was very nice and the most positive thing was the pool in front of the terrace. They also have had a fantastic barbeque area which we didn't use. Fantastic view, no noise (apart from some frogs). And the owners showed a great hospitality.

Very nice experience at this villa!

My husband, two teenage children and I stayed here in June 2008, and loved it! The property is just as described, but has interesting lighting and architectural details that are not mentioned in the website. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was only a 10 minute or so drive from Nafplion and maybe 15-20 minutes from a nice beach at Tolo. We were very happy to have the pool in the because of the heat in the afternoon. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. There were lots of nice day trips from this location. Nice place!
