Great country house of the 18th century with 5 double rooms and 45.000 square meters of area for summer holiday rental. This house placed in very calm place and good communicated, constructed in the 18th century with wall of stones and the whole character of the typical Majorcan house. It has a great swimming pool, big garden, covered terraces, garages and much spread to enjoy. Prepared for 10 persons and a baby. The villa is placed near the Nature reserve S'Albufera and also near Alcudia. The farmhouse is to 10 Km from the beach.
