This home includes 5 bedrooms, 2 are private rooms with separate entrances and en suite bathrooms, gas fireplaces, their own decks, kitchenettes, and televisions. There are two king beds, 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twin beds and can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with many different sleeping areas for privacy.
Spectacular large 2000square foot deck w/ stunning views, new lounge furniture, a gas fire table, an outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen including a gas BBQ.
Living room in the main house has views, comfortable seating for enjoying the wood burning fireplace or watching television. It also includes a piano.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all new stainless steel Bosch appliances with a dishwasher and gas stove.
There is a pool with lots of sun and a large 6 person cedar hot tub with views.
Sonos music system throughout the house.
You can easily walk, bike or drive into town to enjoy world class restaurants and wineries.

From 101 South — exit Central Healdsburg and from 101 North - exit Westside Road. Drive on Westside Road about a half mile until you come to Madrona Manor and West Dry Creek Road. You will go to the left of the Madrona Manor entrance (a small road called Old Wagon Road) follow and wind up that road about a quarter mile until you come to 1015 Westside Road on the right hand side.
