Our beautifully light and airy villa is fantastic for large families or those traveling with friends. The accommodation is approx 2300sq ft (210 m²) and has an open plan living area that has multiple sliding doors that open out onto the south/west facing sunning terrace and pool. The modern feel is generated by the leather sofas in the sitting room with 42' plasma TV (with UK sky channels) and the superb kitchen with integrated appliances, installed in 2008. There are 4 double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities so that everyone has privacy. Due to the elevated location it is a short downhill walk to the seafront, although remember it is up uphill on the way back! The seafront has a plethora of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Short 10 minute drive to Los Gigantes with its magnificent cliff dominating the marina. Here there is a further wealth of bars, restaurants and shops as well as another black sand beach tucked away.

The villa is located within a quiet residential area in an elevated position within walking distance of the beautiful black sand beach in Playa de la Arena. 10 minutes drive to the resort of Los Gigantes and only 20kms from the national park of El Teide.
