A charming and typical rural property ('rustico') surrounded by a very quiet garden (800 m² of olive trees) with sea view. The property is located in a protected area ('Montemarcello Natural Park'). The house (70 m²) is divided into 2 floors: at the ground floor 1 bedroom (Queen size) and 1 double bedroom (4 beds or 2 single beds + 1 Queen), 2 full bathrooms,1 laundry machine; at the first floor, living/ dining room with TV and stereo,1 kitchen. The 2 floors are connected by inside stairs (very steep, like the stairs of a sail boat) and external stairs (with sweeter steps). Outside (ground level) there is 1 big patio and (first floor) 1 kitchen,1 terrace (overlooking the garden and the sea) and 1 shower.

The property is located on a top of a hill, just 10-15 minutes walk from Fiascherino beach, a tiny bay between Lerici and Tellaro (nearby La Spezia).Within walking distance, you can access either rocky or sandy beaches, in one of the best Italian Rivera’s landscape. The typical villages of Lerici, of Tellaro and of La Serra can also be reached by walk. The property has been recently (June 2008) restructured. The property can be reached by car through a tiny road (approx. 2 m. wide). On the way down,it is an easy walk;on the way back, the climb is steep, sometimes very steep.

Access to the property: The property can be reached by car. The road, in its final 40 meters, is very narrow (approx 2 meters wide). You do not need to be a good driver and/or drive a very small car (but it may help). The property's owner drives a big car (Pegeout C8) through the narrow road up to the property. You just need to pay attention (also in the manouvers to turn the car on the way back). Specific pictures of the access road can be provided upon request.

Structure of the house: The two levels of the house are connected, indoor, by a very steep stairs (like the stairs of a sail boat) and, outdoor, by a stair with sweeter steps. The indoor stair does not represent a comfortable passage and it may be dangerous. The owners of the property have four daughters (15, 12, 4 and 1,5 years old) and they use the indoor stairs just paying attention. Specific pictures of the stairs can be provided upon request.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch für Kleinkinder voll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön mit Liegen und Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und hat einen umwerfenden Blick, den man bei jeder Mahlzeit neu genießen kann. Caterina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt die letzten 30 Meter wirklich sehr schmall mit ca. zwei Meter hohen Mauern rechts und links. Ein Auto größer als Golf-Klasse ist nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben einen 5er BMW und mit eingeklappten Spiegeln hatten wir rechts und links noch knapp zehn Zentimeter Platz! Sehr nervenaufreibend! Wir haben das Auto dann stehen lassen und haben uns nur noch zu Fuß wegbewegt. Das funktioniert auch wirklich sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 10 Min. (der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr steil und etwas anstrengend) und auch nach Lerici ist es nicht weit.(Ca. 20 Min.) Oberhalb ist auch ein kleines Dorf mit Bäcker und kleinem Lebensmittelladen und einem 'Circulo' in dem man abends draußen sitzen kann, mit tollem Blick über die Bucht von La Spezia und Getränken zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Wir sind mit dem Boot von Lerici nach Cinque Terre gefahren- etwas teuer, aber sehr entspannt und wirklich immer wieder wunderschön. Zum Essen waren wir in Lerici in einer Pizzeria auf dem Marktplatz und haben sonst selbst gekocht. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort und zum Glück auch nur gutes Wetter, so dass wir das Auto auch gar nicht gebraucht haben. Wer allerdings Ausflüge nach La Spezia , Pisa...machen möchte sollte ein kleines Auto haben.
