This superb villa, decorated with taste, is located at a 500 meters walking distance from the beach and most of all at 1 mile from the most beautiful beach of Majorca called ¨Es Trenc¨. This villa is a real peaceful haven for a family or a group of friends, located in a less tourist place of Majorca than others, but surely more authentic!

wir haben im juli mit der familie (3 kinder / 3 erwachsene )in diesem domizil 2 wochen verbracht . der garten mit pool und die nähe zum traumhaften strand (es trenc ) sind wunderbar .leider war das komplette haus nicht sehr gepflegt. die einrichtungsgegenstände,besonders die sofas mit schimmel (von hussen notdürftig abgedeckt) und die matratzen müssten dringend erneuert werden. außerdem waren divese lampen defekt und ein kaputter lichtschalter nur mit tesa abgeklebt - ziehmlch gefährlich mit kindern.

Wir sind als Großfamilie verreist (10 Pers.+ Kleinkind) und das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Es ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt, hat eine tolle Aufteilung und der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderschön. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich (trotz verspäteter Ankunft) und es hat alles bestens geklappt, auch Einkaufen im Ort war trotz Feiertag noch möglich.
Einziger Wermutstropfen: Nebenan war eine Baustelle. Allerdings hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Arbeiter Rücksicht auf die Urlauber nahmen und die Außenarbeiten waren ziemlich abgeschlossen.
Alles in allem ist das Feriendomizil für mehrere Personen sehr zu empfehlen.
