Ancient farmhouse to rent, completely private.

With heated pool, in the heart of Provence, an old farmhouse in the middle of 7 hectares of meadows and horses.

Between the Luberon and the Alpilles in front of the Vaucluse Mountains, a charming place decorated with care and originality.

Close to the town, 2 km away

Sleeps 2-12 persons

Size of the places of 300 sq.m. The ground floor consists of 3 living rooms of which 2 with 1 sofa-bed with park view. 4 bedrooms each with bathroom, 3 separate toilets, 2 fully fitted kitchens. In low and mid season the rental can be partial 2/4/6/8/10 or 12 persons.

4 bedrooms with bathroom tastefully decorated, 3 separate WC. We accept holiday vouchers.

In July and August the indicated rates include the loft as well as the sheets. Depending on the number of people it is possible to rent the farmhouse without the loft, less 700 Euro on the indicated rate (100 sq.m, large living room with bedroom on a mezzanine and bathroom).

For the other months the loft is not included in the weekly rates indicated.

Outside

Park with trees, boules court, swimming pool 12X6, secured with roller shutters and small steps so that young children get in the water easily.

About Jean-Pierre Germain

Arrived in Paris in 1968. Couple from 1966.

We bought an old farmhouse that we equipped in 2006. Only the ground floor was the subject of works.

The improvements have been made with a spirit of warm and welcoming decoration. Every used element and material have been chosen to maintain the atmosphere of Provencal farmhouse.

Wonderful Vacation

An absolute gem! Jean Pierre and Zapette have created a stunningly charming and classy retreat in the heart of Provence. Our family loved the time on the property, and felt at home and comfortable during the stay. A great place for families with children, as ours cherished the time in the pool and feeding apples to the horses with Jean Pierre. His hospitality was above and beyond our expectations which made the experience memorable for our whole family. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to spend our time in Provence.

Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions: un grand et beau mas avec tout le confort moderne, un intérieur décoré avec goût et amour et ce brin de fantaisie qui sait si bien marier l'autrefois et aujourd'hui. C'est sûr, notre grande réunion de famille se fera ici, en septembre prochain. Tout le monde se réjouit déjà de connaître ce lieu enchanteur.

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben mit 8 Personen und einem Hund das Haus bewohnt und unsere Erwartungen wurden vollkommen erfüllt. Die Besitzer haben eine außergewöhnliche und großzügige Anlage mit vielen liebevollen Details. Es gibt viele Ecken zum ausruhen, zurückziehen, gemeinsam schlemmen - im Schatten oder auf der Sonnenseite. Vielen Dank an Jean-Pierre und Zoupette und auch an Lilou, die auf uns aufgepasst hat! A bientot!

Ein Paradies in der Provence

Einen schöneren Ort kann man sich für einen Urlaub in der Provence – gerade mit einer Großfamilie – nicht vorstellen! Das typisch provenzalische Herrenhaus hat 7 wunderschön geschmackvoll teilweise mit Antiquitäten eingerichtete Zimmer/Wohnbereiche mit jeweils eigenem Bad und drei voll eingerichteten Küchen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen überdachten Grillbereich mit großem Holzkohlengrill und Plancha. Auf der einen Seite kann man sich mit Freunden oder in einer Großfamilie zu großen Frühstücks-, Mittags- oder Abendtafeln im idyllischen Freien oder in einem der Wohnzimmer treffen – oder sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und in seine Wohneinheit zurückziehen.

Der Pool ist so sensationell groß, dass man selbst mit 9 gleichzeitig badenden Kindern und Erwachsenen seinen Freiraum zum Schwimmen hat. Er hatte bei unserem Aufenthalt durchgehend 29-31 Grad Celsius. Und der eigene Boule-Platz ist eine tolle Ergänzung, um sich in der Sommersonne zu entspannen. Fahrräder stehen für Erwachsene zu Verfügung – und wenn der sehr sehr nette Vermieter mitbekommt, dass Kinder dabei sind, dann bringt er auch noch Kinderfahrräder vorbei.

Überhaupt kümmert sich der Vermieter um jegliches Wohlergehen, überprüft z.B. regelmäßig die Wasserqualität des Pools oder bringt Tomaten, Kräuter und Gewürze aus dem eigenen Anbau – in Kombination mit Rezeptideen – vorbei. Außerdem hat er tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung.

Auch wenn Isle sur la Sorgue schon selber ein wunderschöner Ort für den einen oder anderen Markt- und Stadtbummel ist: die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge nach St. Rémy, nach Avignon oder nach Orange.

Das direkte Umfeld ist herrlich geeignet für ausgedehnte Jogging-Läufe am benachbarten Kanal entlang (über einen mittelalterlichen Aquaeduct) oder auch für Kanutouren auf der Sorgue und Kletterspaß im Hochseilgarten.

Das Herrenhaus liegt inmitten von Sonnenblumenfeldern und Wiesen, auf denen die hauseigenen Pferde weiden. Allein die von Zypressen gesäumte Hofeinfahrt bietet ein Ankommen, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann.

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben mit 2 Familien, insgesamt 8 Personen, 2 Wochen in diesem spektakulären Anwesen verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage, die geschmackvolle und individuelle Einrichtung und der große Außenbereich mit schönem Pool sind ideale Voraussetzung für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es gibt Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle sowie großzügige Bereich innen und außen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Der Standort in L`Isle sur la Sorgue ist eine zentrale Basis für Ausflüge in der Provence. Die Vermieter waren freundliche Gastgeber, so dass man sich wie Zuhause fühlte. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles. Wie immer war der Urlaub zu kurz, aber wir hoffen, dort noch weitere Urlaube zu verbringen.

La maison est très comfortable.
