PEACEFUL LOCATION 10 MINUTES FROM THE SEA AND 1 MILE FROM A WATER PARK

The villa has lovely cool tiled floors throughout - inside and on the veranda which is like an extended living dining area. Two Air-con units keep the whole villa at a cool temperature in the hot summer and heating in every room is available in the winter months. We get fully booked throughout the year (with regulars coming year after year) because we look after the villa carefully with all the fixtures and fittings checked and replaced regularly if worn or damaged and redecoration each end of season (this is our family holiday home too). This year at the end of season we replaced all of the bed linen and all the towels. We installed a new LCD TV and Wireless LAN, all new kitchen crockery, utensils and cutlery. In the Garden we replaced all the deck chairs and garden furniture and installed a new shady pagoda and tree for those who prefer a bit of shade in the hottest part of the day (don't worry there is plenty space for sun bathing in the garden and around the pool!).

Very close by - 2 supermarkets, Water park and many bars and restaurants of all nationalities, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese and so on.

Departure clean and linen is included for EUR 80 per time (once per week or at the end of a fortnight if you choose) there is a washing machine and dryer).

To book, 25% deposit required with the balance due 4 weeks ahead of arrival.

Security deposit of 300 euros also held until after departure and offset against cleaning as required.
