This apartment is located in a villa ?Art Déco? made up of 3 master apartments and this 2 room air conditioned apartment with its private access. It is composed of: ? an entry hall with a large dressing-room ? a living room (with a convertible sofa occasionally for 2) - American kitchen entirely equipped (refrigerator-freezer - 2 electric plates, range hood, microwaves?) ? bathroom with bathtub - dry towels. ? bedroom (with double bed) - japonese sliding door between the bedroom and the living room that adds charm to this place Restoration completed in May 2006. All installations are new. Garage can be rented weekly for 25euros. Place of exceptional stay for business missions, congresses, teaching stays, Arts, fairs, holidays? Linen on request and cleaning lady small supplementary charge.
