Location: Pyrenees-Orientales < Languedoc-Roussillon < France

The property is located 9km far away from Perpignan and 3 minutes close to Thuir , the charming city of the famous Byrrh Caves. Half way from St Cyprien, Argeles beaches and Pyrenees mountains, you can also hike on top of the Canigou Moutain if you are interested in. The Spain border 15 minutes distance allows you to enjoy the Costa Brava so easily. Visiting the historical Catalan Abbays or gorgeous Catharres castels... is easy too. Carcassone medieval city can be reached in 1 hour and a half.

Rentals are from saturday 3 pm till saturday noon except for some specific week-ends from 7 pm on friday till 4 pm on sunday .Ask owners. The house is cleaned before each rental and the same cleanliness is required while leaving it.

  • Damage deposit : 1000 €
  • Advance payment : 30% of the rental price.
  • Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.
  • Rates are for a conformable accommodation of 10 persons and could be revised in case of more people according with the owners.
    A 30 deposit is required for confirmation of your reservation, the balance is due 6 weeks before rental.
    Complimentary electricity charge and local phone calls except during winter time where a supplement of 40 Euros per location is required for electrical consumptiom and fire wood.
    A 1000 Euros bail will be asked at the beginning of rental and will be send back to you 7 days after the end.
