Our house is a villa of 1.000m2 with garden and swimming pool (8 X3). It is located in a completely natural environment but very close to Granada 20 minutes away, Granada beaches 45 minutes away, Costa del Sol 60 minutes away. 45 minutes, Malaga 60 minutes, it is also very close to other Andalusian cities, Jaen, 45 minutes, Malaga and Costa del Sol, 60 minutes, Seville, 2 hours away, Cordoba 90 minutes. It is the ideal place to enjoy tranquillity in nature, sun in the swimming pool and at the nearby beaches and to visit Granada and other Andalusian cities. The house is located next to the place known as the Black Meadow, district belonging to Huertor SantilIán, 17 km away from this commune, in the natural park of Huetor mountain. The village of the Black Meadow is surrounded by the natural park of the Huetor Mountain, with a surface of 124.280m2; wild goats, wild boars, foxes, genet cats, weasels, stone martens and wild cats.

The Black Meadow is located in the centre of the Granada province, 35 km away from the capital and 30 km away from Guadix. The main street access is by A-92, in Guadix-Murcia direction, from Granada. The exit that gives access: « Vente du Molínillo » exit 264 - Osiers Black Meadow, being the first house on your left when you are in the Black Meadow. Among the closest touristic sites of interest, we can mention Guadix, important population with more than 35.000 inhabitants and important monuments in town-planning and architecture, its cathedral is very important. Graena with its Arab health resort, 15 minutes away from the Black Meadow, on the North of the Granada province and surrounded by a spectacular mountainous landscape, welcomes visitors to offer them this beautiful place so appreciated already by Romans and Muslims, the inhabitants of Medieval already knew the beneficial effects.
