Our beautiful new fully air conditioned villa is located in THE prime position on this prestigious quiet upmarket golf course development. It is constructed and furnished to the very highest luxury standard as it is our second home! We are 2 minutes from a major supermarket & 10 minutes from Disney. Our villa is a massive 2,800 square foot which sleeps 12 and boasts its own private screened heated pool and spa with ample sun beds, a patio table and chairs and a beautiful secluded view overlooking the first tee. Pool heating incurs an additional weekly charge. There is a large dining room and 2 separate large living areas. The luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area is fully equipped with all appliances and everything else you would expect making it a real home from home. The huge master bedroom has a large walk in closet and a massive ensuite with his and hers sinks, double shower cubicle and a Jacuzzi bath.

All of the other 4 bedrooms are double. Bedroom 2 is ensuite. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom which can be directly accessed from each. All bedrooms have TV’s. There is a Play Station 2 console and a DVD player. A pool table and large TV are located in a separate air conditioned games room on the first floor. All towels (bath & pool) are provided along with bed linen and toilet rolls. There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer & iron etc. There are telephones for you to make FREE local calls or long distance with your own ‘calling card’. Cots & highchairs can be provided for a small additional cost. Our villa has a double garage with electric door. We will even provide you with a FREE welcome pack to make your arrival more comfortable!

Golf: Villa is located in the exclusive Highlands Reserve community, just off highway US27. Situated in an enviable position on this development’s superb golf course, this beautiful villa has a sunny, westerly aspect at the rear which overlooks the first fairway. Fees payable locally, club house and golf shop only 100 yards away.

Excellent Villa and ideal for 2 families

We were 5 hours delayed so it great to arrive at this beautiful villa.The property was clean,well maintained inside and out and very tastefully decorated. It has a beautiful location overlooking the 1st tee of the golf course whilst retaining privacy from the golfers.Large size pool area which captured the sun from late morning throughout the rest of the day, also a great place to sit and watch the sunset. There were four adults and two teenagers staying and the villa provided plenty of space to maintain privacy for everyone. Very central to all the parks(must try the new water park at sea world), many restaurants along the 192 and shopping malls.It was great to be able to walk to publix. I have always wanted to stay at Highlands Reserve and was not disappointed as it was also maintained to a very high standard. Excellent customer service provided by the owner and their management company. Recommended restaurants:- Charleys seafood and steakhouse,Outback,Olive Garden and Hoolihanas. We have spent many great holidays in Florida, but villa wise this has to be the best. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property and would definitely stay again

Absolutely Stunning

I spent 2 Weeks at the Villa with My family. The Villa was stunning, clean and beautifully designed. The pool was huge which suited my 8 year old son. The location was impressive, on the golf course, close to disney, water parks and sea world. I had an amazing time. The villa was breathtaking, I have stayed at some nice places but this was top of the class.

I had the best 2 weeks of my life and will return again.

We have just returned from two weeks in this beautiful villa.
On arrival it was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed.
The pool was larger than any other villa we have stayed in and was most welcome after days at the parks!
The pool room was also an excellent way of keeping everyone amused whilst waiting for others to be ready!
would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of a stay here.
