Discover the serenity of sitting on your own balcony overlooking a completely undisrupted view of the Marco River with a cocktail at hand and dolphins playing in the water only a stone throw away. Surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches, wildlife, water sports and fabulous restaurants, this is certainly a vacation to remember! Boat docks are available with only 5 minutes into the Gulf of Mexico. Alternatively, fishing charters and boat rentals are minutes around the corner from the complex. Fishing can also be enjoyed from the docks on the facility. How about an afternoon swim in one of the two newly renovated pools and spas or a game of tennis at one of three courts available for your enjoyment. Should you wish to play in the evening the courts are flood lit. This one bedroom/one bathroom condo sleeps four people with a queen sized bed and a king sized sleeper sofa in the sitting room. Newly appointed, the furnishing are of high quality with every need accounted for.

We stayed in this condo for 5 nights during May 2008. The views across the Marco River were stunning during the day and at night. We were delighted when the dolphins came into the river to play. The condo had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday, including beach towels, chairs and a cool box. TIt was also very clean and very well maintained. The condo was only a 5 minutes walk to the 'Snook Inn' which is on the river and serves excellent food at very good prices. We went on the river boat dinner cruise, whilst the sunset cruise was very good, as were the staff, the food of was a very poor quality and over priced. You can do the cruise without the dinner experience, which we would recommend. It takes about 35 minutes to walk to the public beach (and thats if you are very fit) from the condo, so a car is recommended. Marco Island is a lovely location for a holiday.
