Halfway between sea and mountains, on the hills of Nice’s inland near the medieval village of l’Escarène, our lovely apartment occupies the entire second floor of a villa that includes a large garden. Serene and surrounded by nature, the apartment can accommodate up to 12 people.

Renovated in 2009, it includes four bedrooms, each with one single bed and one double bed. Families will appreciate the crib provided in one of the bedrooms. For complete independence during your stay, you will have at computer with free Wi-Fi connection, a television with DVD player, a hi-fi system, air-conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and ironing equipment at your disposal.

Fully equipped and refurbished, the kitchen is notably outfitted with a halogen cooktop and a microwave oven/grill. The apartment additionally includes two washrooms and two separate toilets.

For an ideal vacation with family or friends, you will be able to take advantage of the large garden, which is equipped with a ping-pong table and a large private pool, which is reserved for your exclusive use.

You will be able to park two cars on site for free. Additionally, several public parking spots are available in the surrounding area.

Pets are not permitted. You will be asked for a deposit of 500 euro.
