This spacious fully renovated apartment, bright from morning to evening and sheltered from the wind, will certainly interest those who love aperitifs on the balcony! By the sea, its direct access to the beach allows the children to go there easily and meet their new friends.

The place is pleasant and secured. Your vehicle will be sheltered from the warmth, indeed, a parking space is reserved for your use in a covered collective parking: enough to have a pleasant holiday. Nice appartment right on the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a modern, well equipped appartment (TV, dishwasher, washing machine) just on the beach. There is no sea view since you are on the back side of the building, but you are right there on the beach. Ideal for a morning swim. The master bed room has air conditioning, and the appartment is ideal for two or four persons. It is located in a Residence halfway between Collioure and Port Vendres. You can easily walk to both. Collioure is beautiful, but Port Vendres is also very nice and less touristy. It's close to the Pyrenees and Spain. We absolutely recommend this place, and the owner, Ms Nivarlet, is both very fiendly and professional.

Vraiment très bien !

Nous avons été ravis par cet appartement : bien entretenu, bien équipé, propre et vraiment très bien situé. Même s'il n'y a pas vue directe sur la mer, il suffit de faire trois pas pour avoir un magnifique panorama et accéder à la plage privée. La région offre beaucoup de possibilités, entre plages, gastronomie et sites culturels. Mention spéciale à Collioure, très jolie. De plus, l'espagne n'est pas loin du tout. Et pour ne rien gâcher, la propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique. Vraiment, l'une des meilleures locations de vacances que nous avons eues.

Collioure, charming town located by the sea, 30 km away between Perpignan and Spain. Many shops and craftsmen's shops make the narrow streets colourful. You can go for a stroll, have a drink or have something to eat looking at the blue sea whenever you want. The apartment is by a small private beach between Collioure and Port-Vendres, 25 min on foot or 5 min away by car from the old town. A new shopping mall has opened 300m from the residence.

There is a well appointed dressing room for 2/4 people. In the entrance, you have a cabin with 2 bunk beds (190x90 cm) with, under the beds, a drawer. Curtains allow younger ones to sleep without being disturbed by the light.

Notes:
The kitchen is equipped with: washing machine, vitro ceramic hob, fan assisted oven and microwave. The granite worktop is large and practical. The full crockery is kept in the kitchen. There is a washing machine in the small utility room next to the kitchen. The living room/dining room is composed of a leather sofa-bed for 2 persons. The youngest will be entertained by the television, whereas the adults will enjoy the weather on the balcony with all the French doors open. The table comfortably accommodates 6 persons.
