About David and Marion
We fell in love with Boca Grande many years ago and decided to buy a home here for our family to enjoy on weekends. We treasure our time in Boca Grande and in Breckenridge where we have another home.
David and Marion purchased this townhome in 1996
Why David and Marion chose Port Boca Grande
Boca Grande is Florida the way it should be--a slower pace, no fast food restaurants, spacious grounds with lovely palms and brightly colored flowers. You can watch the dolphins play in the Gulf of Mexico or Charlotte Harbor, both of which are just minutes from our home. Boca Bay is south of the village, fronting on both the ocean and the harbor. Playground for children or grandkids at the community center. Lush landscaping throughout the entire island. You can see sea turtles in the Pass and otters in the Boca Bay lake. It's heaven!
What makes this townhome unique
When we first walked into the home, we were struck by the light streaming through the western windows facing the Gulf. The airy living room is two stories and adjacent to the dining area, kitchen, all with hardwood floors. The first floor plan is open with a master bedroom and adjoining bath on that level. The glass-enclosed porch off the living room provides additional seating for 6 with a large table and 180-degree views toward the Gulf. Upstairs are a second master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a large bath with a tub and separate shower and two sinks. The bunk room is next door with two bunk beds that sleeps four and a private bath. Hardwood floors and light airy rooms.
