We offer you the best located apartment in the heart of Marrakech, situated in a new building. The flat is very nicely decorated with an oriental touch. It's located close to the most popular avenue (Mohammed V, district Guéliz) but the environment is still very calm and quiet. Both, the New Town and Medina are within walking distance and that's exceptional ! Some distances : - Marché central 150 m, Royal Tennis Club 500 m, Church Martyrs 350 m, Bab Doukkala 500 m(the most important entrance to the Medina),Théâtre Royale 900 m, Casino 1300 m. Only 15 minutes walking for the famous Djemaa El Fna square ! The apartment is located in an elegant residential area 'Guéliz' close the most popular avenue 'Mohammed V' but the environment is still very calm and quiet. Both, the New Town and Medina are within walking distance (exceptional !). All coffee-shops and restaurants, banks, markets, tourist office, night clubs, luxury stores, cinema, supermarket, post, park, etc... in the New Town are within walking distance and Marrakech's Medina can even be attempted by foot. Only 10 minutes for the famous Djemaa El Fna Square or Bab Doukkala. Guéliz is the European quarter of Marrakech and the heart of the city
