If you are looking for something special, then this is it. A peaceful family home in the heart of Provence. What sets this apart from the other villas?. First, you have sole use of the enormous 12.5 X 8 meter pool. Then there is your own private paddle tennis court, pool table, ping-pong table and table football. On top of all that there is satellite television (not UK), DVD (plus a large library of the latest releases), PlayStation 2, Home Cinema system, stereo system (garden speakers as well) - AND wireless Internet access! And of course all bedrooms have comfortable beds. Two have an en suite bathroom/WC and one has an en suite shower room/WC. Large kitchen with American fridge/freezer (ice maker!)

Secluded without being remote - between the pines and the vines, and on the famous Route des Vins. The property is in the Natura 2000 Nature Reserve, just outside the medieval village of Callas, which is 5 minutes by car (butcher, baker, grocer, newsagent, post office, tobacconist, bars and restaurants) The A8 Autoroute is 15 minutes away (Junction 36) giving easy access to the whole of the French Riviera. The bay of St. Tropez, Frejus, St Raphael, and St Maxime beaches are 15 miles away (south) The Gorges du Verdon are also 15 miles away (north). The owner provides an excellent tourist guide with maps to enable you to get the most out of your stay!

myself and family recently stayed at this Villa. The Villa is in a lovely setting and convenient to travel from place to place, be it the beach resorts or mountains. The owner lives above in seperate apartment so always on hand if you need them, but keep themselves to themselves otherwise. Pool was very nice. The property was not as clean as we would have liked, but I am a bit of a perfectionist where my own house is concerned so maybe others would find it ok. It could be maintained a little better, as a lot of equipment listed does not in fact actually work. Having said that, we all had an enjoyable holiday and I would recommend to friends and family.You do need to have your own transport for this property, as it is in very rural position, but very peaceful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

we stayed at the villa in mid may, what a great time to stay in the area, cannes film festival on, grand prix and lots of big boats on the bays.
you will need a car to travel to all the places of intrest but what a great pleace to stay. went to all the attactions in the area. canon du vernon was agreat day out even with the snow a must see seight.
lots to do round the villa if you have kids, a good size pool well maintained, pool table and we used the bbq most days.
we would stay at the villa again we all had a great time
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
