A beautiful 3/4 bedroom house, only 3 years old and extremely well appointed, set in an exclusive gated complex with 2 underground parking bays, With very large swimming pool and children's play pool, 3 paddle courts all set in tropical gardens, with private gates leading directly onto one of Spain's best beaches. The House is furnished to a very high standard, the kitchen has the 'lot', Hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. In the lounge you have satellite TV, (BBC1 2 ITV and some Sky channels), The house also as air-con in lounge and all 3 bedrooms, If your looking for night clubs this is not the place for you, if your looking for great food, Spanish bars, Some of the nicest people you will meet in Spain, and still have the chance to 'chill'! ! If you need a car, we can arrange that too....Also Available now 3 bed roof top apartment...

The Village of Zahara de los Atunes, is a traditional Spanish family resort with a working fishing community at its centre,, Eating good food, drinking great wine and feeling completely relaxed is what being on the Costa de la Luz is all about, You can walk for miles if you want, wander around the roman ruins of Bolonia, visit wonderful cities like Cadiz, Jerez and Siville or hilltop villages like Vejer. You can play Golf, go whale and dolphin watching from Tarifa, spend a day in Morocco.. or just laze on what must be one of the best beach in Spain and let the world go by,, Bike hire is available from our Shop( Bikes now free) (Gardens of Zahara) as is all you may need for the beach. We are just around the corner from Gibraltar on the Atlantic coast of Andalucia. Miles of clean, golden beaches, a small white-washed fishing village with great restaurants and tapas bars, all of which have tables outside and several of which are open all the year round important for those winter breaks.

  • Well now you have read all the nonsense, its all true but you can read the same on all the other ads on this site, What matters is that the house is nice (and it is) and the place is what you want, (that’s for you to decide) Zahara is a Spanish holiday resort, no Disco’s etc, In off season its VERY quiet, you WILL have the beach to yourselves, August you have 50,000 Spanish here enjoying them selves, its NOT quiet, but its not a drunken orgy like round the corner on the Costa de sol,,,,,, They go out to eat at 10 or 11pm (with the kids) and come home at 1 or 2 in the morning ( strange lot these Spanish) but when in Spain,,,,,,, The kid will find plenty to do,,, beach in the day , village in the evening ( gift market etc),,, That’s all I can tell you, only I live here, love the place, love the strange people, I even left “Barnsley” for here, so it must have something going for it,,,,,,

This was our first time renting with homeaway and we were very pleased with everything about our rental experience. First of all, Stan was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The description of the house was perfect so that when we arrived there were no surprises. The residence is lovely, with it's tile roofs and warm colors. The house was very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, and very quiet during the evening given the number of houses in the residence . We were very pleased with the direct access to the beach as well as being the perfect location for a starting point for many day trips ie. Tarifa, Gilbralter, and the beautiful beaches down the Costa de la Luz surrounding Atlanterra. I would definetly recommended (and have already) this property to friends, especially those with young children.
