Set in 85 acres of private forest and woodlands these spacious gîtes are built in the property adjoining the Château of Paulmy The gîtes have been delightfully restored maintaining the original stone walls, high ceilings and exposed beams.In the grounds is a swimming pool with security gate, paddling pool, outdoor games and bike rental. This is an ideal location for nature lovers who may particularly enjoy birdwatching, long walks, fishing, and observing roe deer .In the village is a tennis court, a large fishing lake,play area and café/restaurant.The domaine is situated 14 miles from Loches.Holiday makers seeking a taste of rural France will enjoy visiting the chateaux,local markets, and the wines of the region. This vast gîte has a panoramic view over the village of Paulmy. The garden is very large and has its own parking area.The kitchen, dining room is a large functional room with direct access to the garden and barbecue area. The lounge has a stone fireplace and is extremely spacious.A sofa bed is available in the lounge to add sleeping arrangements for 2 extra people.
