Charming apartment, beautiful and plenty of light which is located in the most popular and famous pine path in Puerto Alcudia, just in front of the beach. It is located on the second floor and an elevator will bring you to the apartment. Furthermore, the beach is just downstairs. The new apartment was refurnished only few months ago in a modern style and also equipped with new towels, bedlinen, appliances, .... Included in the furnishing are one double bed (160x200cm), 2 twins beds (80x190 cm), two bathrooms, a light lounge with a sofa bed (140x190cm) and a terrace looking to the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is completely equipped. The apartment is located very central in a quiet area of the Puerto de Alcudia where you can find stores and restaurants in less than 100 meters. The tiny fisherman port and the Marina is only at 200 meters. Also its an easy parking area in an free parking area. Feel like at home, you are really welcomed.

Here you have a lot of shopping options and also enjoying area for the adults (Sports, Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques..) and also for the kids (playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions, ...). Banks, doctors, clinics are also not far away. There is also a marina plenty of options to enjoy and walk quiet. Some other beautiful and cosy small beaches are placed in an area of 5 Km. around the apartment. There are also historical buildings here such the roman city of Pollentia, their roman theater, the medieval city of Alcudia and its wall. You can enjoy the Nature in the natural parks of S'Albufera and S'albufereta and many other places to discover.

Interior Facilities: Beautiful design apartment of 60 m2 and terrace located in the beach of Alcudia New building, 'Blue view' is located on the second floor and an elevator will bring you to the apartment, which was modern refurnished and re-equipped few months ago. Inside you will find two bedrooms plenty of light (One room with Queen size bed of 180cm x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two double beds of 80cm x 190 cm., two bathrooms, a light lounge with a sofabed of 150cm x 190cm., a kitchen completely equipped, two balconies and a spectacular terrace looking straight to the beach and the most beautiful pine path of Puerto de Alcudia. The apartment is located very central and is by the stores and restaurants.
