Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one with bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with bathtub and shower; the second bathroom is with comfortable shower. Both are located in the night quarters. A door separates the living and sleeping quarters. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fire top, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven and microwave oven. You can find also wooden floor, elevator, self air conditioning and heating system. The apartment was recently restored under an exclusive architect's project. There is a parking possibility for payment if required.

The wow factor

Nine members of our family have just enjoyed a tremendous time in the beautiful city of Florence and when we arrived at this apartment we were delighted with what we found. We were made very welcome by the apartment agent and the little touches that had been thought of. The apartment is in a briiliant location to enjoy visiting the city, everything is just around the corner or across the bridge. The views from the living room are magnificent so if elderly family members were too tired to venture out they could enjoy the outside from the inside. The apartment is clean and spacious and nicely appointed. The agent was very helpful and reliable. We thoroughly recommmend staying here, it definately has the wow factor.

Perfection Above The Arno

We recently spent ten glorious days visiting Florence and Tuscany and we were thrilled to have had the good fortune to have this utterly fabulous apartment as our home in Italy, even for a short time. Perfect location, magnificent views of Firenze and sunrises- high above the din.Large and airy with all the modern conveniences in perfect order. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and needs. I do not think a better situation could be found!

A room with a view

Have you seen the opening sequence from the film? If it was not shot from the apartment, it might as well have been. How many apartments have such a view towards the Uffizi and the Arno and, beyond, to the Appenines? From how many do you hear the hours rung from Santa Croce, the Duomo and San Felice?
The apartment is as good as it looks. I have lived here for a year. The only problem is leaving. While I have been here, everything has worked (including the lift), the proprietors have been helpful, and my only problem has been to convince others that it really is this good (the problem ends when they get here and see it).
From here, you can drop in on the Uffizi or the Galleria Palatina for an hour, or stroll to Santo Spirito before lunch. Everything you want is in walking distance. If you cannot walk, just sit in the lounge and look at the view.
If I thought that there was the least chance of prolonging my stay, I would keep this place secret. But I have to go, so I tell you that it is (very) highly recommended.

lovely holiday

This is a really large, spacious apartment. We were four people and enjoyed a very nice week in Florence, just round the corner from Ponte Vecchio, and thus not far from the city's many more attractions.
Especially my father, 83 years old, appreciated the central situation, and of course the elevator.
The kitchen is furnished very well, and we could have done much more cooking than we actually did, but there are a few nice and interesting restaurants in the neighbourhood...
The view from the living room windows over the Arno towards the Uffizi is spectacular, and we enjoyed it at all times of the day.
I can absolutely recommend the apartment and would love to come back.
