In winter, within an hour, you can be skiing the slopes of Grouse and Seymour. In summer, hike the trails and ride the gondola.

For convenience, the 99 B Line bus is 2 blocks from the suite, along the busiest transportation corridor in Vancouver. Canada Line and Skytrain are easy connections from here.

All modes of public transportation are very easily accessible. There are many places to rent a bike within blocks of the condo.

Vanier Park hosts Bard on the Beach each summer. This is a ten minute walk and also an excellent location to view the Celebration of Light fireworks, or to simply enjoy the kite flying and ocean breezes. Just beyond is famous Kits Beach with its tennis courts and outdoor pool.

Downtown is just across the bridge: walking or catching a water taxi is quick and easy. Transit to UBC is very close by. Vancouver General Hospital is a ten to fifteen minute walk. The area known as Cambie Village is a fifteen minute walk. There you will find Whole Foods and more great shopping and restaurants.

Beautifully appointed, well located condo makes a great holiday

I'm now two weeks into my first visit to Vancouver - it's a great place to visit and this beautiful condo has certainly added to the experience.
For a start, the condo has all of the facilities that a traveller requires. This includes a fully appointed kitchen with all of the conveniences that you would ever need. Added to this are the comprehensive laundry facilities and dining areas. In all cases the equipment is both luxurious, high quality and very stylish.
My partner and I brought our own cycles from the UK and we were able to store them in a secure locked area, this gave us peace of mind.
As for the location, this was really great, we are in easy walking range of Granville Island and Downtown, plus the area felt very secure.
Overall, I would recommend this condo to singles and couples who want high quality accommodation in a superb location.

Fairview is a neighbourhood on the west side of Vancouver. It runs from 16th Avenue in the south, to Burrard Street in the west, to Cambie Street in the east, and to False Creek in the north.

Central Broadway is an important commercial and employment centre focused around Vancouver General Hospital and other health-related institutions, including the BC Cancer Agency, BC Cancer Research Centre, BC Healthy Living Alliance, and the BC Centre for Disease Control. Other shopping areas in the neighbourhood are South Granville Rise, City Square Mall, and Granville Island.

Vancouver City Hall is just across Cambie at 11th Avenue, and the 2010 Olympic Village is a short stroll to the east of Cambie.
