This unique villa is situated along US 27 in the Orange Tree Community and has a very nice lake view. The pool area (see picture) is surrounded by the lake. The villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 of them has TVs and one also DVD, and one TV in the living room, a nicely decorated living room, a kitchen and laundry. The bedrooms features nice coloured carpet and are nicely furnished. The bathrooms are provided with white cabinets. The kitchen is central situated has an isle on which you can eat. The kitchen nook features a round table with 6 chairs. The family room features two sofas with modern cocktail and side tables and another dining table with 6 chairs.

Booking Deposit (at time of booking) 30% of total rental price. Credit Card payment acceptable by pay pal with a 4 % surcharge Security deposit (payable at time balance) is due 6 weeks price arrival $300,-- The balance of your payment along with Security Deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior arrival.
  • The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has been arisen during stay. There is a strict no smoking and pets are negotiable policy in the villa .If holiday dates required span more than one price zone enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 14 nights. Two weeks before your Holliday we will send you 1) Directions to our villa 2) Lock box number for your villa key. 3) Management company telephone number and contact details in the villa for general information to make your stay an enjoyable one.

One Week Break Xmas 2008

We went for a 2 week break in two Holiday- Rental properties with 5 people ranging from 10 years to 70+ years. This was the first property and was just what we wanted, very clean and just as advertised. It was also close ( you do need a car as you do for all the houses we looked at) to all the main attraction ,shopping and restaurants. House location is in a very quiet estate with its own wildlife next to the lake and we would recomend the orange juice from the stall just up the road, don't judge it on appearance.
In concusion if we were to go back to the main theme parks again we would happily go back to this property.
The one and only negative comment, which is not the fault of the property is that the pool in December needs to be heated as the sun is very low and therefore needs heating from a boiler or something as it was to cold to go in except for my youngest daughter who did not stay in long.
I hope you all enjoy as we did and dealing with the owner is and was easy although it would be easier if they could take payment via credit cards from an ease and exchange rate point of veiw.
One other point that may asist you is access to the proprty is flat and level with only as I recall one small step so even access via wheel chair would be possible.

We stayed in this home a couple of weeks ago and the two real complaints I had about this home were the cleanliness which I was informed I should have reported to the property manager and the second one is the lack of a 4th bedroom as is stated in the description, this is a 3 BR with a den that has a pull out couch. There is no room with two doubles. The accomodations are as follows: Master (King), 1 Queen bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. So prepare accordingly.
