Hi, Jim & Kim would love to welcome you to our Hilton Head Island Paradise. This is the ONLY unit with a deck for grilling in The Links. Recently added NEW carpeting throughout and New tile in master bath, kitchen and foyer. New Corian countertops, New Stereo, New furniture in living room and Sun room. New bedding for the upcoming season. New Washer & Dryer. ALL New stainless steel kitchen appliances. New 47" high definition TV with Sony Play Station II for the kids. The unit has fresh paint throughout. Private pool is only steps away! The Links is an exclusive private community accessed by a private gate.

From the home, it is a very short 7-minute walk to the beach through the beach park, or you can take the GOLF CART provided (with beach pass) in 2 minutes to the beach. The north beach provides the most privacy and pristine beach on the island.

The Port Royal Tennis Club, of which you are a part of and entitled to utilize 1 hour per day with our unit, provides the Islands best tennis facilities with two lighted stadium type seating courts and several grass courts! The home itself rests on the fairway / green of the seventh hole on the Barony golf course. WHAT A VIEW! Imagine morning coffee in the sun room watching the golfers go by!

The Port Royal area is very close to many of the other island activities such as Disney Resort & Shopping area (also known as Shelter Cove), restaurants, miniature golf, movie theaters, etc. In addition, you can easily and quickly access the Harbor Town or South Beach area in minutes as it is within 3 miles of the Cross Island Expressway.

NO SMOKING OR PETS PLEASE. Note that check-in & check out are usually Saturdays.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Just returned from a week-long stay at this house. We (my 5-& 3-year-old girls, my husband, and his parents) all had a fantastic stay. The amount of space was more than enough for the 6 of us, which meant we all had plenty of space to do what we all wanted/needed. The house was impressively spotless when we arrived, and there wasn't anything that we were missing during our stay inside the house. The golf cart is truly a great benefit for this location. It made getting all of our supplies to and from the beach very easy. The view of the golf course behind the house is a nice addition...much nicer than looking at other rentals. We would definitely rent this house again if it fit our vacation plans!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

the pictures do not do the place justice. it is bigger and better than anticipated. huge master bedroom and living area. full baths in each bedroom. deck is great for grilling. the golf cart is an amazing bonus. woud recommend it to anyone. we will be back!
