Samoset House - this spacious, up-to-date home is the perfect vacation getaway spot for couples or large families. Gourmet kitchen has every appliance you could need to cook everything from steak to lobster. The large living/dining area opens to a huge deck facing westward to the Sheepscot River and beyond. A shared dock and float across the street, are perfect for launching your canoe or kayak. This home is perched on over five acres of woods and trails yet is only a few minutes drive from Boothbay Harbor and all the activities.

Three comfortable bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath and laundry room. The den on the first floor easily converts to a fourth bedroom. There is also a full bath on the first floor. A full, finished basement can serve as additional sleeping space as it has two built-in twin beds. Well-behaved pets are allowed with permission.

Come spend some time here, relax, and enjoy the peaceful, Maine life.
