With a floor area of 45 square metres and two spacious rooms, the apartment has sleeping capacity of 2+2 persons and is ideally suited for a large family, two couples or a group of friends. Located in green surroundings you can reach everything in a minute - shops, bank, post-office, supermarket, green market, tourist information centre, recreational facilities, tennis courts, restaurants, café bars and terraces with live music. A short walk through a pedestrian tree-lined alley takes you to the sandy beaches or to seaside arranged with Mediterranean trees. The old town with its historical and cultural attractions is a 10-minute bus ride away. Air-conditioning, kitchen, laundry machine, large living room, satellite TV and closed balcony with huge window make any length of stay equally comfortable no matter of weather condition. We have own parking place in front of house, closed and safe under roof. Apartment is very close to public traffic (60 m).

Trip to Ston region (peninsula Peljesac): Special offer for 5 days (or more) stay - One day trip to visit Ston region by car. Ston is famous old town, the north border of former Dubrovnic republic (independent till 1908.). The oldest solt plant in this part of Europe. The town is surounded with city walls, the second lenght in the world after China walls. In that region production of shells is very atractive. Many restorants offer that atraction, unique place for degustation of such delicious food. Whole region has fishing tradition. Nice bays, pictoresque beaches, short trip by boat is possible. Production of grapes and delicious wines, production of olives.

GREAT APARTMENT, LOVELY OWNERS

We have just returned from a short stay at Srecko and Neda's apartment and wish we could have stayed longer.We were met at airport by Srecko and he was a wonderful tour guide on our way to apartment!We were given much information regarding the local area, including location of bus stops and where to get tickets, as well as recommended day trips.The apartment was clean and comfortable and extremely well positioned for supermarket and choice of restaurants. Lovely walk down to Lapad Bay. Only 10mins away from Old Town by bus ,which run very frequently. Trip to Lokrum Island on local ferry boat well worth doing, as is Old Town City Walls walk and the cable car for stunning views. Thank you Srecko and Neda for all your help and would definitely recommend your lovely apartment.

Owner's Response: Thank you for excellent review. We really enjoy to pleasure so nice guests in our comfortable apartment. As it is ideally positioned (close to the beach, green surrounding etc.) guests have possibility to enjoy in many different things, to explore our city day and night. Also we try to offer domestic atmosphere in such Mediterranean beauty, especially in nice climate and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Also we help them to visit some interesting events (music and drama festival), trips (Elelafity islands, Ston, Mostar, Kotor etc.), but also to better understand historical facts of such very old region. We are ready to give them all information instantly and to help them any time if it is necessary (our home is very close to apart.). Specially we understand the families with children so our doors are opened 24 hours a day. We are ready to organize trips and spent time together (with our car), to show surrounding or to guide them to wanted destination (suggest how to dress, what to eat, where to swim etc.) and to be back with no fear of the time limits as in everyday living. Also we care about guest's security (closed garage, transfer to airport, public bus stops are in vicinity, pharmacy is close, etc.).
We wish you to have nice memories from Dubrovnik, expanding our caapcity and improving our service constantly. We cordially invite you to come again Vidimo se. Hvala.

LOVELY AND CONVENIENT

when we arrived at the airport Srecko came to collect us and chatted to us throughout the journey to the apartment pointing out areas of interest. When we arrived his wife neda was there and provided us with cold drinks and they showed us about the apartment and told us about areas of interest nearby e.g. restaurants (la scala was quite good and cheap), where the big supermarket was (its about 2mins walk from apartment) and how to get to the old town etc. We stayed at their apartment with the small covered terrace which was lovely especially to have breakfast and in the evenings. The apartment was very clean, had all the facilities we needed including washing machine, dishwasher, satelite tv etc. Srecko and Neda were extremely hospital and Srecko even offered to take us on a trip. If ever we visit Dubrovnik again I will be sure to try to book this apartment. Thanks Srecko and Neda

GREAT TIME IN DUBROVNIK

We had a lovely week staying at Sreko and Neda's apartment. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment suited us perfectly; it had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beaches at Lapad Bay where we spent most of our week. The first beach at the end of the promenade was excellent, rocky of course but relatively cheap lounge chairs always available near the water. Our 3 year old played in the water all day and our 17 year old tanned all day! We only went into the old town once, and due to the cruise ship crowds and the heat found it very challenging. We would love to see it again, probably at a cooler time of year. Prices seemed comparable to the UK overall. We are looking forward to returning again.

EXCELLENT HOLIDAY AND APARTMENT!

We are pleased to write a review for Apartment Rina. Just arrived back after a most relaxing stay at Srecko and Neda's apartment in Lapad. We were picked up (and drop off) from the Airport by Srecko for a small charge and taken to the lovely Apartment Rina which is centrally located in Lapad and exactly as described on the HomeAway site. It is very close to the Lapad beach, shops/supermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurants and bus stop where you can catch Bus no. 4 to the wonderful and bustling dubrovnik old town. We found the apartment to be very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a good self-catering holiday including lots of extra clean towels and linen etc. We would like to thank Srecko and Neda for their hospitality as they kindly invited us to their home for a lovely meal (music and songs included!). They went out of their way to help us have a trouble free, fun holiday. We can highly recommend this apartment to you.

WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS, IDEAL LOCATION

My wife and I arrived in Dubrovnik in September and spent 5 wonderful months there. We lived in the Apartment Rina. For us, the selection was perfect! We were met by the owner, Srecko, at the airport. On our way to the apartment, he stopped several times to show us the beauty of Dubrovnik. We arrived at the apartment and were very pleased with the accommodations and its IDEAL location. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, one bath and an additional WC, a spacious living room, a comfortable eating nook and a well-stocked kitchen. We had many visitors during our stay and often used the 2nd bedroom for them. The apartment was very clean and had many towels and sheets. We had both Air Conditioning and Heat, as needed. Both bedrooms were quite nice with plenty of storage. The living room/dining room was spacious and had a wonderful southern exposure! We had both satellite and digital TV reception. But who needed that… with everything else that was within walking distance or a short bus ride! We were within 1 block of a supermarket, 3 blocks from the bus stop, a 4 minute walk from the fantastic promenade (walking street) and 5 minute walk from the beautiful Lapad beach and the scenic Babin Kuk walk. For us, almost everything was within a 20 minute walking distance, including the Gruz (main harbor), the fish & vegetable market, and a host of eating places. Although Old Town was a 45 minute walk for us (and what beautiful sites along the way), one can also get there by bus in about 10 minutes. What a location! If you enjoy hiking along scenic paths, there are many in Dubrovnik. Petka mountain is right behind the Apartment. But the one I spent many hours on was the walk on the Babin Kuk side of Lapad Bay... what a sight a sunset... again, only 5 minutes for the apartment. We certainly enjoyed our stay, met many wonderful people, including Srecko, his wife Neda, and their wonderful daughter Marina. If we had any problem with the accommodations, Srecko was there to rectify it. He, his family, and the other tenants, made our stay most pleasurable! All of Dubrovnik is a very safe place for walking anytime day or night. I only regret that we could not have stayed longer. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

EVERYTHING AS IT SAID IT WAS

The apartment lived up to its description. It was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. There is even a kettle for the British visitors! No shortage of clean towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the beach and the bus to go into the old town. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Would certainly recommend it.

The apartment is located in the centre of Lapad, the green area of Dubrovnik. You can reach pedestrian alley in a minute and you can enjoy in long walks day and night without traffic. In circle of 100-200 metre there are supermarket, shops, bank, post-office, green market, tennis grounds, tourist information centre, open-air restaurants and cafe bars. In 5-minute easy walk you can reach sandy beaches and rocky coast in Lapad Bay. Also you can enjoy in picturesque walks along the seaside or up forested hills. You have sailing and rowing clubs, swimming pools, wellness centres and terraces with live music in the evenings for free. Frequent local bus service operates until late at night from the bus station 60 metre far. With bus you can reach the old town in approximately 10 minutes. Trips to nearby islands Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan can be organised by excursion boats from Lapad Bay (from the beach), as well as boat shuttle service or by ship from Gruz harbour, a 20-minute walk away.
