About S. Tambasco
The owners are of Italians. Enzo is an artesian and has renovated many smaller homes. Rather than tearing them down, he brings back the charm of smaller and unique homes
S. Tambasco purchased this house in 2009
Why S. Tambasco chose Alpharetta
We used to live next door and always loved this house and the lady who lived here her entire marriage. We wanted to love the home rather than seeing the small ranch torn down. She had 11 kids who all still live close. Our first house next door was her son's home and we originally renovated that home and wanted to do the same here.
What makes this house unique
It is so easy to buy a big 'perfect' home, but this house was a home stead for over a 150 years. Every property no matter how big or small has a story to tell and seeing past what is and getting your hands dirty to make something your own while keeping the character and soul of those that came before is meaningful to us. We like being a little different, using our minds and hearts to create a home where kids and adults feel at home and comfortable.
