Our houses to rent 'A Cusina' and 'A Cà Paterno' are standing quite by themselves. Suitable for 1-5 persons. Cozzano is a little hamlet and situated in the tranquil countryside at a distance of 7 km from La Spezia. The outside area is furnished with garden chairs, table, sunshade and barbecue. On our meadow (30m away from the house) we have also placed garden toys for children (slide, swing and sandpit); you can also barbecue there. The private parking space is 20m far from the houses. The bus stop connecting you to La Spezia is 50 m away. For an extra charge we can also provide you with local specialties like home-made honey, pesto and marmalade. We also have the facility of reserving deck chairs on the beach with sunshade for you for the next day in Monterosso (Cinque Terre).

Holiday home 'A Cusina' (30mq) located in the small settlement of Cozzano. Suitable for 2-4 persons. Cozzano is situated in the tranquil countryside at a distance of 7 km from La Spezia. The eat-in kitchen with gas stove and a pellet oven is located in the ground floor of our holiday home. There is place for an additional 2 persons in the eat-in kitchen (sofa-cum-bed). A bath with shower, bidet, toilet and a bedroom with double bed are in the 1st floor. The outside area is furnished with garden chairs, table and sunshade. We have also placed garden toys for children (slide, swing and sandpit) on our meadow; you can also barbecue there. The bus stop connecting you to La Spezia is 50 m away. For an extra charge we can also provide you with local specialties like home-made honey, pesto and marmalade. Das Haus `A Cusina`war ein Traum, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Trotz der sprachlichen Barrieren konnten wir uns einige gute Ratschläge zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung einholen. Die Woche in Cozzano / La Spezia haben wir sehr genossen.

Sehr nettes Örtchen. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Geheimtipp sind die eingemachten Tomaten vom Senior. Auch den selbstgemachten Rotwein haben wir oft genossen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen prima Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.

ich habe die woche bei la spezia sehr genossen: ein angenehmer vermieter, eine nette, schnuckelig eingerichtete wohnung auf 2 etagen und abends ein gemütliches holzfeuer im pelletofen.

das einzige handicap ist (im winter) das relativ schlecht beheizbare schlafzimmer: eine zusätzliche decke mitzubringen schadet hier nicht. alternativ gibt es im erdgeschoss eine schlafcouch in der mollig warm beheizbaren wohnküche.

ich sage danke für die schöne zeit und für die netten gespräche!

Die Anzeige sprach uns an - und was wir vorfanden war ein Traum: ein kleines abgelegenes Häuschen, unweit von La Spezia, in völliger Abgeschiedenheit. Erholung pur war angesagt, als wir 2 Wochen dort unseren Sommerurlaub 2008 (Oktober) verbrachten. Wanderwege, nette Osteria in der Nähe, La Spezia ca. 5 km entfernt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und vor allem sehr nette Gastgeber. Gerne zu empfehlen !

Nettes Häuschen im Grünen

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch in einem kleinen Ort im Grünen, La Spezia ist aber leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, das Haus sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet; ideal für entspannenden Urlaub im Grünen.
