Villa with pool and spa. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with large master bedroom including luxurious en- suite. A further two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. There is also a den with a sofa bed which means the property can comfortably sleep up to 8. The resort operates a members club which includes : 2 swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, pool room, tikki bar, computer room and other facilities. My guests can obtain temporary membership for a small charge. The villa is located in a community with 3 golf courses about a 10 minute drive from the wonderful beaches and down town Naples with its selection of top quality restaurants and designer shops.

Nearest Airport: Fort Myers at 45 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Miles
The villa is located on the Lely Resort which includes three golf courses and the fabulous Players Club. The Resort is on Highway 41 about a ten minute drive to the wonderful beaches and downtown Naples with high quality restaurants and designer shops. Close to the entrance of the Resort is a supermarket. The Players Club is only a few minutes from the villa and offers terrific facilities. About half an hour away is Everglades City with all the facilities that has to offer. There are a number of shopping outlet centres within fifteen minutes of the property and it is generally well located for all you want to do in the holiday town of Naples.

My family and I have had the good fortune to stop here twice in the last couple of years. The accommodation is excellent, both roomy and in very good decorative order. The pool makes for a good relaxing afternoon following a day out or for just letting the day pass you by. The resort has a club house with excellent facilities.

There are good local amenities and some excellent restaurants within easy driving distance.

Naples is great for a relaxing holiday with excellent beaches, shops, restaurants etc.

Well worth a visit

This villa is in a very pleasant residential neighbourhood in Lely Resort. The entire area is extremely well maintained and immaculately presented. The house itself is very comfortable and has all the ameneties you could wish for. The pool is a good size and the patio area is well proportioned. The Lely resort is very well placed for access to Naples, Marco Island and the main routes further afield.

Our holiday in this villa was excellent in all respects and we would return without hesitation.
