Awesome for big groups!

A group consisting of myself and 14 friends vacationed here last week. It was awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better set up. Perfect size pool, nice hot tub, numerous decks, and not far from the beach. If we get the opportunity to come back to OBX this will be our first choice.

Owner's Response: I am very happy to rent to young groups. I am glad they had an awesome time and gave a great review. However, they had some kind of drinks that were spilled or splashed on the kitchen tile floor and all the laminate flooring that was sticky and hard to clean up. They had sand on the coffee table and all over the kitchen, dining, and great room floor with the sticky stuff and sand in the 2 bathtubs, and maybe the showers. All this nasty messiness caused the cleaners an extra hour to clear up and did cost the guests from their security deposit. I would still rent to this group, they just need to make sure they take time to clean up messes like this before leaving or they will be charged extra. We try to keep our home clean and up to date so our guests will want to return.
