800km away from Perpignan, the coastal road leads you to the South West to Aguilas, an ancient Roman fishing port still dominated by its castle at the San Juan de Aguilas headland built in 1579. Aguilas is next to the frontier between Andalusia and the autonomous region of Murcia. It is a real paradise for the diving lovers and it offers various types of water sports. 25.700 people inhabit Aguilas in winter and it is located 25km away from Lorca, 70km from Murcia, 50km from Cartagena, 95km from the San Javier airport and 180km from Alicante. You should not miss the excellent carnival in February. The apartment is located in a residence with private swimming pool, pool for children and tennis court. It is located 1km away from the beaches, there are many coves and wild beaches, and Mediterranean gastronomy, and you can enjoy the famous tapas, on the lively terraces in the town centre with the smell of fish a la plancha and other specialties.

We also rent the apartment during out of season periods, the whole year, and from September to June, we ask a security deposit cheque of 500 Euros, which will not be cashed only in case of damages. Half of the rate has to be paid one month before the beginning of your stay by money order or transfer.

The second bedroom is the same apart from the bed, bunk bed with one bed of 140cm below and one of 90cm above, very recent bedding since 2007.

Notes: The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking, microwave oven, oven, glass ceramic cook top, freezer and outdoors there is an area where you will find the washing machine and you can hang the laundry. There is a sofa bed in the dining room that you can transform into a double bed so that you can have a total of 7 people in the house. You have a terrace with chairs and tables where you can have lunch or supper. The dining room is also air-conditioned with a television and a living area. The apartment is on the first floor. On the basement you have a closed garage and 2 big swimming pools and a swimming pool for children. You can relax by playing tennis, you have 4 tennis courts, and the residence is guarded by a security guard.
