In the heart of the chic 7th arrondissement on Rue St Dominique, close to the Eiffel Tower, Musee d’Orsay, Invalides, St Germain des Pres, and the Champs Elysees. A large apartment filled with light whose windows look out over a quiet open view to a pretty and old church and the Eiffel Tower. Set in a beautiful brick building with large garden courtyard with trees, the apartment is on the third floor with elevator. Enter upon a large double living room with sofa bed and antique furniture, off the living room is a lovely kitchen with dining table, washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking and eating equipment. The bedroom has the same light-filled view with an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Measuring 60 square metres or (645 sq ft) it is located in a prestigious part of Paris that all Parisians wished they could live in. Next door is the rue Cler, one of the best and most appreciated markets with shops, great local restaurants and best of all, fresh food.

Around the corner is the Invalides, a monument and historic building housing the Army Museum with the largest collection of arms in Europe. You can also walk to the Eiffel Tower, or St Germain des Près. Walk down the street to the Musée d’Orsay (modern art museum) or cross over the Seine on either the Pont des Invalides or Pont de l’Alma and reach the Champs Elysees. At the bottom you have the Grand and Petit Palais where you can see the latest exhibitions and then meander up the Champs or down taking in the Orangeraie at Concorde. Alternatively cross at Pont de l’Alma and walk up Avenue Montaigne and see the top designer showrooms like Chanel, Vuitton, Ricci, Ungaro, Escada, Lacroix, Dior and many more.

Amazing light show!

We loved this Paris apartment! Arrived a little early and our host met us at the property. Very professional and helpful.
The apartment was clean, bathroom a little small, kitchen was also a little small however Rue Cler is around the corner with the most amazing fresh food market! Buy your bagettes in the morning and walk Paris!
Each night when we returned to the aprtment after a wonderful dinner, we oul wait on the hour for the Eiffel tower light show - amazing memory of Paris.
Bed was very comfortable - linen great, sofa little saggy but you are out of the apartment most of the day so it did not matter at all.
Other details - washing machine easy to use, fridge cold, heating worked, shower strong water flow, TV easy to use, can open windows, light filled apartment, secure, beautiful antiques in aprtment...

Local restaurants - Bistrot was great, La Clarisse is worthy of a Michelin star, Agnes - would miss this one as a bit too expensive for what we had (unlike la Clarrise which was expensive but worth it) - most of the cafes in rue Cler are great!


Overall great value and wonderful location - we can highly recommend.

We came to Paris from Florida and had no idea of what to expect. We had a great stay at St. Dominique. There were no surprises and exceeded our expectations. The view of the eiffel tower is phenomenal. This is a great neighborhood...safe and friendly. Market Rue Cler is just up the street and many fine bistros within a block or 2. The transportation was great. The hop on/off bus was great for one day to get your bearings. The city bus and metro were very easy and inexpensive. It was an easy check in process and a quick deposit return with no hassles at all! The apartment was very spacious and has a lift. We highly recommend st. dominique.

This apt. was in a perfect location...10-15 min. walk from the Eiffel Tower, great market street right around the corner with fresh fruits, baked goods, pastries, etc. Right on the left bank....metro stop nearby. View of the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen and living room. Great spot for a couple looking to be autonomous and feeling Parisian.
