Luxury apartment with good sized south-east facing terrace (11m2) located in a quiet, secure gated, small community. The apartment is situated on the top (third) floor, overlooking the communal pool / gardens and facing the sea. The private, sunny terrace is equipped with a patio table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and the apartment as a whole benefits from lift access, air-conditioning, central heating, fully equipped kitchen and secure underground garage. Comfortably sleeps 5 people, plus baby/young child (1 double room, 1 twin ,cot and large sofa bed in living room). Facilities also include shower room with twin basins and WC, separate WC and indoor and outdoor dining. For your enjoyment there is a CD/radio/cassette system, French and Satellite TV with DVD. There is a small library of DVD's and games suitable for family entertainment. You will be met at the apartment by our local English / French speaking agent who will show you the apartment and answer any queries you may have.

Golf Juan is easily accessible by car and public transport (bus / train). It is a small sea side town with a marina and good selection of restaurants and shops which are all a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. The 2 public sandy beaches are clean and with shallow waters are ideal for children. Golf Juan offers a relaxing holiday base and is excellently located for Antibes (Marineland / Antibesland for the children), Nice and Cannes, whether your interests are theatres, museums, shopping or spotting the rich and famous! A car is not necessary as good, reliable and reasonably priced public transport regularly operates along the coast (Nice 30mins / Cannes 10mins / Monaco and St Tropez 1 hour). The bus stop is approx 50m from the apartment. Journey inland and enjoy fantastic scenic views from the hills and gorges. Skiing is just over an hours drive. Golfers can choose 3 nearby courses. Public tennis courts are adjacent to the complex. Boat hire / trips are available at the marina.

Payment in euros accepted upon request.

Low Season Benefits: : Please note that the months of April and October are usually mild and ideal for a break in the sun. Temperatures are still suitable for swimming and sunbathing and the Riviera as a whole is not so busy.

Golf: There are numerous golf courses around the Golfe Juan area and they are all within an hours drive time. They cater for all types of golfer from beginner to expert and offer good quality facilities, food and drink at the 19th Hole ! Most have the usual extra's of Buggy Hire, Practice Facilities, Resident Pro etc. with some offering special golfing packages. The local golf courses are: Approx 15 mins: Royal Mougins (hosted French Open), Opio Golf Club (Valbonne), Golf Country Club de Cannes- Mougins (designed by Peter Allis & Dave Thomas). Approx 30mins: La Grande Bastide, Grasse Golf & Country Club, St Donat, Riviera Golf Club, Old Course Cannes-Mandelieu (On Siagne River and inc boat trip during your round?). Approx 60mins: Monte Carlo Golf Club (Challenging Course with great views over Monaco & sea), Beauvallon Grimand Golf Club, St Maxime Golf Club. All these golf courses( + others in the area) offer great surroundings and with the mild Riviera weather in winter, make this area a great place to visit at any time of the year. Come and Enjoy !

We stayed for almost two weeks in this apartment. On a previous holiday we had visited Golfe-Juan and really liked the environment, which we thought had a lot of French character. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and spacious and so thoughtfully equipped that we had a really enjoyable, relaxing holiday there. The kitchen is very well stocked so you don't need to dash to the supermarket for a corkscrew, cloth, dishwasher tablets etc. The information folder contains several detailed instructions from how to use the appliances to where stores/bus/train stations are. There are several books, magazines, leaflets and maps of the local and surrounding areas for guests to use. The Sky box provides many of the freeview channels we get here, unlike the 'BBC World News' which we've had to rely on during other holidays. There is also a supply of DVDs, books and games.

Situated on the south facing top floor, overlooking the pool, it is in one of the best positions in the complex. The complex itself is securely gated and very well maintained. We swam in the pool most days and always found it clean.

We didn't hire a car, preferring to walk and use the local transport. The 200 Ligne bus stops at the bottom of the road (Station is called Les Courcettes) and travels from Nice (including the airport) to Cannes, costing one euro for a three hour trip. The train station is fifteen minutes walk away and we used this a lot to travel along the coast and also into Grasse.

Golfe-Juan beach and harbour/marina are ten minutes walk away. The beach is fairly sandy and the water is shallow enough for children to enjoy playing in. The harbour is a lovely, atmospheric place to stroll along in the evening. We admired the extensive range of boats moored there and ate in a different restaurant each time we went. For the nights we stayed in we used provisions from the nearby supermarket and bakery and ate on the balcony of our apartment.

From the advertising we had high expectations of what to expect from this property. We were certainly not disappointed and found that this apartment exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

This modern, fully equipped apartment in a quiet and private gated community provided an excellent location to explore the Cote d'Azur. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with off road secure garage parking. Literatue and tourist guides are thoughtfully provided to help you explore the area, there's even a selection of DVD's and music should you decide to have a night in!

Centrally located, a 10 minute walk from the apartment brings you to the port and beach area of Golfe Juan and it's good choice of restaurants, alternatively a short drive will expand your choice of dining out in Antibes or Juan les Pins. Smaller Supermarkets are situated within walking distance of the apartment with a much larger Carrefour situated about 3 miles away in Antibes. I would recommend a vehicle if staying in Golfe Juan for the greater choice of shopping and dining in the surrounding areas. Although not used personally I am informed the local public transport systems are very good.

St Tropez and Monaco are both within easy driving distance and both make for a great day out. Alternatively a short drive inland into the mountains will reward you with spectacular scenery and beautiful towns and villages, Grasse and Gourdon were particular favourites.

We had a thouroughly enjoyable stay in Golfe Juan and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday where you dictate the pace. Thank you Richard and Dee.........

Very nicely set out apartment within a very quite and peacefull complex. Ideal if you have a young family as very safe and secure. Golfe Juan has a good beach, plenty of restuarants and a impressive port. Good access to Cannes, Antibes and rest of the Cote d'Azur. Very easy to get to and from the Airport at Nice. Only criticism is the busy road you need to cross to get to the underpass for the Seafront and Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay combining the ability to visit the beach, “go local”, travel easily both full day and half day trips to some of the most famous resorts in France and generally to lap up the unique atmosphere of this area.

It would be hard to imagine a better apartment for combining the sophisticated resorts of the French Riviera with the pleasures of the authentic French small resort town of Golfe Juan. The apartment is placed just a short stroll from one of the best sandy beaches on the coast stretching from the Antibes peninsula through Juan les Pins to Golfe Juan itself and onwards towards Cannes. The beaches are served by a vast selection of high quality restaurants at all price levels. An even shorter walk takes you to an excellent bus service along the seaside from Cannes to Nice or to the hill towns behind the coast, as well as a train service to Nice and beyond to Monaco and the Italian border. The apartment is a modern well appointed gated complex with pool and underground car parking with a southern aspect catching the sun all day. Traditional shops are very close by. The apartment facilities include satellite TV, and a DVD player as well as all other conveniences.

Great location! Convenient for everything we wanted to do. Had superb weather (Oct!) so made the most of the beach and your sunny balcony. Public transport was so close by (and cheap and reliable) that we explored more than we expected. Apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and in a pleasant, quiet spot. Thanks to Becky the house contact - she was very helpful and friendly.
